na u had to deduct tds on them also.... ya you can show that they are on temporay or as an casual employment but that too for maximum 3-6 months...

Else u can show them employees hired on contractual basis and make one of them the contractor.. and pay whole amount in his account  and then he had to pay the salary to the remaining persons...

Actual salary is more than the shown salary on books but less then 20000/- There are so many employees which are getting around 8000/- to 15000/-(which may go under pf)but Not interested to deduct pf more than 2 employees. How can I make that the person is on fixed as dont want to make legal bond/contract

FOR EMPLOYEES GETTING SALARY LESS THA 15000 PF DEDUCTION IS COMPULSORY.

as such you have to deduct pf from der salary !!!! with substantial development  amendment in labour laws in recent times ,it may get costly if in case u get under scrutiny ,

however you may show less number of employees presently working  to avoid epf deduction.

but dat will be against the law

Yes Its against the Law I was showing the actual salaries(which are of 8000/- to 14000/-) but after the law changes for the limit of 15000/- there are so many employees. That I cant show salary by cheque and if i show by Cheque it will compulsary to deduct pf.But there are so many employees.Right now i have stoped to give salary by cheque and show cash salary of above 16000/- to 19000/- which is not actual. Here problem creates thats cash salary is not good for the books of Accounts.and the adjustments of cash. So i want to show that employees are working on a fixed base Is it possible??? All the employees are working since 3 years.

i dont think that any option avaiable in this case..

Should I apply for registration of pf No of new company which will also of the same condition of salaries.and no deduction of pf.
