Hw many tax audits can one ca do??? 45 or 60......
will d audit done under 44ad be considered as tax audit....

45 upto Fin Year 2014-15, 60 from 2015-16. Audits under 44AD will not be counted.
Income Tax Act, 1961, does not imply any restrictions on no. Of audit.
Council General Guidelines, 2008, implies restriction of Tax Audit Upto 60 Assignment.
Tax Audit refers to Audit under Income Tax Act, 1961 (Section is not relevant)
Section is ofcourse relevant. the Tax AUdit limit is for sction Section 44AB audits and not Section 44AD AUdits
