Is tax audit signed by us at the time of statutory branch bank audit is inclusive of remaining no. of tax audits (i.e.45 audits per C.A.)?

No. The limit specified in Companies Act regarding no. of audits that can be taken up by a CA is exclusive of bank audit. So naturally, in fixing the limit of no. of tax audits bank audit will not be considered.
