The maximum number of partners in partnership business as per companies act 2013

as per rule 10 of companies miscellaneous rules 2014,maximum number of partners in a partnership firm is 50
it updated Max limit of partners may be extended upto 200 partner
Section 464 states No association or partnership consisting of more than such number of persons As may prescribed.... As may be prescribed is mentioned in Companies Miscellaneous rules which is 50. Hence maximum number is 50
