No jobs for semi qualifieds
hii everyone what I have observed since last 2 months that there are no vacancies or less vacancies in market for semi qualified.I am CA semi qualified and will appear in may 2016 .Currently I am working in a CA firm on temporary basis and I am looking for job in audit profile.even after completing articleship from a good firm I am not getting job. what to do now? Can anyone help me to get job in CA firm?.

Try and apply for industrial training in job sites like naukri LinkedIn shine etc
Venkat Ji industrial training can be adopted but it include guidelines and I am not elible in that criteria.industrial training can be done in last year of articleship not after completion.
Hi Vishal, i agree with your point. In today's tough competition, getting the right job as per your job profile is very difficult. But, I think if you sign up on job protals, then it is possible that you get the job of your interest.
not every company requires eligibility some like hpcl re and pepsi co requires full articles to be completed refer this

very tough situation I can say really no jobs with right pay
Same situation with me, the ca firm where i was working they fired me because i asked for leave to study for may 2016. Without any job survival is so tough and ca semi qualified have no reputation in market. I am so depressed after this much struggle we are considered nil.
Become an entrepreneur. Startups are evolving. Use your CA Knowledge and start start up. It's your mistake if you had no backup and relied blindly on a job.( Don't blame the market. The market is supreme. - SFM learnings ) - Right.

Once you define the meaning of right job as per you, I am sure you are going to find one.
Nothing without jeck for a semi CA and Institute not help in any manner.
Just go for compition exams preparation and get a job . Thnx ICAI for westing our both time and money
I THINK MARKET IS NOT ABLE TO ABSORB SEMI QUALIFIED.IF SEMI QULIFIED CAS ARE NOT ABLE TO GET JOB.WHAT IS THE POSITION OF B.COM.OR M.COM OR MBA.OUR ECONOMY IS NOT GENERATING ENOUGH JOBS.BEFORE 2010 THERE IS GOOD JOB FOR SEMI ALSO.BUT TODAY SITUATION IS NOT GOOD.

I agree with you.Companies are not considering the articleship training as an experience.Each and every company is asking industry experience/related experience.
Eventhough there are lot of jobs for accountants companies have been denying the Semi qualified persons on this bias.
