How to file a return when there are no 26AS and form16?

Why are these 2 not there?? Has the deductor told you that they have not uloaded their TDS returns? You can file without these with the data that you have but if there is a tax credit mismatch you will have to follow up.

Ok no issues, atleast you calculate the tax and fill the relevant ITR and submit a return before due date. If you have any tax due pay it now. Later if the firm as done any TDS you can ask them for certificate and revise the return if required
