is it okay to do gst audit when a clients tax audit and stat audit are pending?

As per my understanding, the Audit cannot be done. The speicifed format of GSTR 9C calls for "Reconciliation of turnover declared in audited Annual Financial Statement with turnover declared in Annual Return (GSTR9)"
