I didn't file GSTR 1 since thete was no
transaction due to Covid lock down
for the month of May 21. Could you
advise me how to file nil return?

Just go to B2 c other option. select any state and fill 0 under taxable amount and the select the tax rate applicable to your product and save it and then follow the normal process

Just click on the generate summary button and wait for 1 minute. Click refresh button the summary would have been generated. Submit and file
