I am planning to setup an NGO to carry on few activities in Bellary. I need a CA in Bangalore or some where close to carry on the entire process from registration to Filing various forms in a turnkey manner. If any one is interested please mail me at rohit @ jcl.co.in.

Hi Rohit,

There are lots of NGo's comming up these days, wt's the significance of these... i mean..wt i understand is that it's a good way to explore your potential to reach people of all cadres in all communities..more over may be a good way to make some way towards some good business opportunities indirectly as well for the future..your words please..?

This is right mohit that there are lots of NGO registering in these days, Social service is based but why don't forget about the grant/help they received. There are no such hard provisions in societies act regarding use of grants/ help. Mostly NGO's are using 40-50 % of total grant and rest was used personely by the owners of the NGO. They are oftenly using overbilling and misguide the Funding agencies. Thats why there are too many registration for NGO. This is a smoothest way to make money and no liability as Income tax department is also give them relaxation in tax.
