Hello. I am appearing for the last time for P.E-II exam. If at all i fail this time whether i can appear for the coming nov attempt - 2009. & what should i do after negative result. that is whether i can get transfer to PCC or IPCC. any imp tips to clear this exam. study is only 50% can i clear this exam. - Shyam Rai
