Yes  cheque validity is reduced from 6 months to 3months .................it is appplicable from 1st april 2012..........but i have one doubt in that if any on know plz reply here

If a cheque issued on 31st march2012....what is te validity period.

is cheque validity period is from the date of issue...??????????

or on date of submission i.e. after 1-4-2012 the cheque must be in 3months limit??????????/

or cheques validity 3months is applicable to only thosecheques issued on or after 1-12-2012.?
