New tds on property rule september 1st 2019

Hello Experts,

I need a help paying TDS for property Purchase for the newly implemented rule .I booked my Flat on May 2019 and till July I Paid 90% to the builder .

This 90% amount was the sale consideration value and I paid 1% TDS for the same and there is no issue in it .

Now 10% balance amount was raised by builder now in the current month that September 2019 .This 10% balance amount is other charges (BWSSB charges, amenities and facilitates etc charges)
As per the new TDS rule I have to pay 1% for this "other charges" also .When I initially paid TDS I have given the sale consideration value only 90% of the amount this is As per old rule .
now if I pay TDS for the balance amount what is the "sale consideration value" I have to put?
do I need to calculate  90%+10% as total sale considartion ? for thew TDS payment

If yes the previous payment which was made also has to be changed with the 90%+10% as sale consideration value .Please advice me on this

you are from bengaluru
TDS on 90% was as per TDS rules prevailing at that time (May 2019)

Now in Sept new TDS rules are applicable on 10% balance amount towards other charges.

Deduct 1% and pay to Govt. as per prescribed process

Dear Mr. Vijay,

We are currently in the same situation. Could you please let me know how you went about making the payment and what was mentioned as the consideration value. Also was there any impact on ghe previous TDS deductions?

Thanks in advance.

Best regards,

Jaya
