1. Can you pls suggest if New Tax regime is better without Rent and Home Loan components ?
2. If we select New tax regime , Can we claim school donations u/s 80G while filing ITR ( July 2025 ) for FY 2024-25 ?
3. Can we change our tax regime and claim our 80C / 80D components while filing return for FY 2024-25 ?

1. You can individually work it out. You can work out the tax under the old and the new scheme and select whichever is beneficial.

3. You can change your tax regime at the time of filing. By default you will be taken to the new regime. But you can alter it as per your requirement.
