The new tax regime was for individual and HUF. 

Up to Rs 2.5 lakh  - Nil

From 2,50,001 to 5,00,000  - 5%

From Rs 5,00,001 to 7,50,000 - 10%

From Rs 7,50,0001 to 10,00,000 - 15%

From Rs 10,00,001 to Rs 12,50,000 - 20%

From Rs. 12,50,001 to Rs. 15,00,000 - 25%

From Rs 15,00,001 onwards - 30%

 

For AY 2021-22 You can opt new tax scheme or Old tax scheme.
But, Please think about Once opt any one then can't exit the option in any of the years...
Exit option is available for inildividuals once
