new slab rate f0r 2011-12

Praik slab is correct with some more changes like

1.6l base exempt  limit will change to 2l.And 5 to 8l 20% tax would change to 5 to 10lakh limit.Dtc will come from april 2012 whereas the pratik slab structures is of present tax slabs.
