"In case where a candidate has answered more question/s or sub part/s of a question than what was required, examiners are required to evaluate the answers in the sequence in which the candidate has attempted the questions or the sub parts of a question and ignore the surplus answers written by him/her”. In other words, you are not required to evaluate excess answers but to cross the same “X” and write “Excess" on the left margin.
In old scheme students were get marks for answer in which he/she was scored higher, if he/ she was attend optional question also.
