I want to know that how can I take the new regim of income tax return for the next FY 2023-24 Asstt year 2024-2025 Thanks

In the new regime you cannot avail all exemptions as per chapter via.
apply thru specific procedure.
wait till the financial ial year ends.

While filling ITR for next AY choose new tax regime

New tax regime is a default system from next assessment
year.you have to old tax regime.

By default you are under new tax regime. You may change to if required

By default the authorities but if you file returns as per old regime then.
