From the portal of income tax assessee found that there is no Return under section139(8) is uploaded by the department in the portal of income tax.Please give your expert opinion in this respect.Thanks

Sir I want to file the income tax return for the asstt year 2021,-22 under section 139(8) but the utility has not been provided by the department till date,please guide me how to file income tax return in form U Thanks,

It's introduced through budget 2022.

It may be live from 01.04.2023
