My GSTIN no. canceled since last 4year now can I apply new gst no.

Dear Sir,

Not File GST Return and business not start.

If The cancellation proceed by dept then New Apply not possible.
Only way to clear the pending returns and then apply new GST registration...

You can take GST registration but before that clear all liabilities of old GSTIN and file all pending returns
