New GST Registration

Hi Colleague and Practicing Members,
Good Evening to all,

I want to get enroll under GST but I didn't have the registration under either state vat/CST or Central excise duty/service tax. can I apply for the registration under GST.. if yes can you please tell me where I have to apply for registration and what procedure I have to follow.

U can apply for gst under fresh reg after 01.07 For complete procedure plz hire a gst expert

You can apply After 1st July.
When you apply under GST you get all above taxation in One registration under GST... You fill the registration form online and submit all required documents then the AO ll satisfied your registration can approved. After you get the Greeeeeeeeat GST REGISTRATION NUMBER..

1. If you are a Taxpayer having received Acknowledgement Reference Number (ARN):

You should be able to download the Provisional Registration Certificate from "Download Certificates" at GST website from 27th June 2017.

2. If you are a Taxpayer, who has saved the enrolment form with all details but has not submitted the same with DSC, E-Sign or EVC:

You will receive the ARN at your registered email ID, if the data given are successfully validated after 27th June 2017.In case of validation failure (data like PAN not matching), you should be able to login at the same portal from 27th June 2017 onwards and correct the errors. You can refer the registered email for details of the errors.

3. If you are a Taxpayer, who has partially completed the enrolment form:

You can login at the portal on the above mentioned date and complete the rest of the form.

4. If you are not an existing Taxpayer and wish to register newly under GST

You would be able to apply for new registration at the GST portal from 25th June 2017.

Dear Crazy Kolkata.,

You ask the same Question in 4 or 5 forums...

Wait and watch the experts answers. When GST is Impliment after the works of registration. Then, You can ask the Rate of New Registration Charges to your Nearest CAs,Consultants and GST Officers......!!!
