New format-return

Hi to all

DVAT department launch the New Format to File Return for Monthly Dealers. Also they enclose the user manual as a instruction for file Return in New Format @   https://www.dvat.gov.in/dvatonline/UserManual_Return.pdf

In which they mentioned that the software available at www.dvat.gov.in for filing Form 2A &

2B but as i visit the site no software available there.

Is any one file the Online VAT Return for the month of Aug2011 Or anyone about this new format of return filing.

Please clear every points step by step
