The MCA has issued a circular for the new format of Form 23AC & Form 23ACA (Non XBRL) which will be effctive from 30/09/2012.

I am going to file Annual filing for the year 2010-11. I have filled old form 2-3 days ago. should i fill new forms again?

Dear Mr. Chitale,

 

No need to file new forms.

 

New forms are applicable from year 2011-2012 onwards.

I got an error while uploading forms that 'Please download latest form & upload again'. Now i am filling forms once again.
