i am planning to buy a new flat in newly constructed and completed building. The flat is not a registered society. It is still operated
by the builder.
Now builder is taking Rs 50000 as the maintenance deposit from me and all other flat owners previously who has bought from him.
From next month he is going to start collecting Rs 750 per month as maintenance charges.
My query is can i ask the builder for the Statement of the Home association, how much expense he has done and what is the current balance in the fund?
what if he just gobbles up the fund amount ?
