There are several glitches in the new portal. There's no one for support
1. Many drops downs are blank (So it's a mandatory field but being blank drop down you can't do anything)
2. Each click takes 10 minutes
3. Sometimes data is simply not displayed
4. No clarity on how long it takes to validate bank account
5. Even though one of my bank accounts is pre-validated with EVC generation enabled, when I pull data into ITR1 it says no account is pre-validated at all! It's not clear if it's right to proceed at this stage or not. Portal shows validated but ITR utility says not validated
6. prefilled data is a joke, all i get is Null
7. Since 7 PM yesterday I still could not progress a bit.
