New CS Course?

Hi all,

i am a CA student and would like to take up CS as well. I have come to know that thr has been a revision of course and the curriculum pattern has changed.
i.e Foundation-4 papers, Executive- 6 papers & Professional level-8 papers.
If i enrol now, will i be getting into the old syllabus or the old syllabus?
Moreover, I would like u to tell me, will CA+CS be a good combination? or should i take up ICWA?
My frenz are tellin me to opt for CS.
I need ur views.........

but has the new curriculum of CS been launched or it will b started later? Is it better to enrol now or to wait for the new course to b announced? On enrollin now, which course will they put me in? Old or New?

hi for foundation all students registered after nov 1 2007,and for executive and professional programme all students registered after feb1, 2008 shall be put in new course. for more details log on to www.icsi.edu. I am also doing ca+cs but for you it's better now to enroll in the new course of cs. To opt between cs/icwa go through their subjects and choose the course according to your interest.
