My client has a registered Pvt Ltd. company. He wants to start a new business. What will be more economical, changing the name of current company and use it for new business or incorporate a new company itself. Scope of business are totally different for both companies.The client is the owner and director of the company.

1) Timelines:- New company can be incorporated in one or two day but the documention for incorportion takes time whereas in name and object chnage, it generally takes a month.
2). Cost: Incorporation is little more expensive.
From economical point of view better to change the name and amend the MOA & AOA according to the nature of new business.
