Accounting in Fintech companies

Recently i joined in a Fintech company. With no prior experience in Fintech industry,  i am hopeless in my day to day accounting as they are not helping with any data or details whatsoever. Ceo & Cfo are young folks. And this is a startup. i am looking for an instant course to face this problem. Please help.
