New annual return of central excise

NEW ANNUAL RETURN UNDER RULE 12(2)(a) of central excise rules 2002 read with rule 9A of cenvat credit rules 2004 is prescribed. A new format for the same is not yet available to file online return.
Sir please guide when it is expected.

No need to file Annual Return last F.Y. it is applecable after this Financial Year.
Harendra ji date for filing return is mentioned as on or before 30.11.2016.
A new Annual Return, is prescribed under Rule 12 (2) (a) of Central Excise Rules, 2002 read with Rule 9A of Cenvat Credit Rules, 2004. The new format will be notified by the Board. The same has to be filed by 30th November 2016.
