frndz... i knw in CPT they deduct 0.25 marks for every wrong answer.. but my doubt is will they deduct 0.25 from the mark allotted for that question (ie. o.75 marks awarded for every wrong answer) or from the marks which we get.... pplz clarify frndz...
For right answer you get 1mark and for wrong answer 0.25 they will deduct, that means 1-0.25=0.75 for wright answer u get. If you tick wrong answer then 0.25+1=1.25 you will be loosing. So be careful and be 100% sure before you ticking the answer..

Example to understand negative marking:-
Out of 200 questions (one mark each) If someone answers 150 questions
( 130 right and 20 wrong) then he will receive 125 marks
130*1=130
less- 20*.25=5
=125
so marks are deducted from total right marks we get
