Whether Service tax is applicable on storage charges of teakwood because as per negative list service is not applicable on storage charges of agricultural produce but whether teakwood is agricultural produce or not ???

It should be an agricultural produce as the teak is grown by the cultivator. Should be eligible for the exemption on its storage.
