For both Costing and FM refer PC Tulsian. It contains past papers of almost 20years and content is easy to understand. He explained in a very easy manner you can easily understand once you read. If you want to confirm this, check in the book store before you buy.

u can refer notes of Subodh Shah notes(pune) frm his class. those are xcllent for costing & aslo for fm

Costing- PC Tulsian/Jain and narang/Vashist Saxena- any one of these would do
