It is Accounting Technician Certificate. It has no equal value when compared to CA. They will be working as assistants to CA in some big companies. They can get ATC after writing 1 group of ipcc and having 1year article experience.

it is accounting technicion course.... just pass group one of ipcc .. we can become a accounting technisian.. you can get a job of 15000 per month after that
