I have a question that if I have more than one bank account in different banks then shall I be eligible to claim upto Rs. 5 Lakhs under deposit insurance and credit guarantee corporation(dicgc) from each banks at the time of bankruptcy/liquidation of banks as announced by Govt. in this Budget?

Maximum Rs. 5,00,000 as claim from the bank who declared as bankrupt and not from the other banks .
