I am a CA and been working since 2 years. I have been stucked in oracle profile and I want to switch to other profile. Can any 1 plz suggest what to do.

What problem you are facing in switching to another profile?
I am getting calls but as I am in different profile. It does not work. If u have any reference in big4 and u can help. It would be great.
