Name on PAN is not correct, so can ITR be filled according to aadhar card name? (addhar name is correct)
if Yes, then there is also no problem to link adhar number to PAN?
or both name have to be same first then it can be linked?

Based on Addhar card and any other docunmentory proofs, Name in PAN should be changed..
Once it gets rectified as per aadhar card..... the linking can be done.
ITR & ITD relies upon PAN data.....
PAN Name- Sayed Burhan Uddin (wrong)
adhar Name- Sayed Burhanuddin (correct)
difference is only space in name, and he will apply correction of PAN on adhar name base.
so there is no problem to file adhar name base?

Well, try to link aadhar to Pan....... may be it get linked, such differences are accepted...
But get Pan name changed, based on aadhar card....
