Dear All,
Kindly tell me the minimum authorized capital needed for using "INDIA" in Name of company ? with respective section and rule of the Companies Act 2013

minimum authorized capital should be 1 lakh if it is private co. and 5 lakh if it is public co.
is central goverment approval is needed for taking the word india in the name
