Hello. We manufacture plywood cases for packing. My INPUT GST is 28% but we sell under a code of 4415(4415: Packing cases, boxes, crates, drums and similar packings, of wood; cable-drums of wood; pallets, box pallets and other load boards, of wood; pallet collars of wood @ 12%)

we buy material for 1,00,000 and pay a gst of 28000

we sell our finished good after processing at 1,25,000 at a gst of Rs.15000(12%)

So there is a diference of 13000.We have been put to loss over the last 3months as we lose over Rs.4,50,000 every month and we are on the vergeofshutting down . Is there a way to get a refund from the governemnt.

IF YOU ARE TALKING FROM ITC POINT OF VIEW, YOU CAN VERY WELL CLAIM ITC OF 28,000 AND DO NOT PAY ANY TAX IN CASH TO GOVT. IN THIS WAY YOU WILL HAV ITC CRAAYFORWARD OF 13000 FOR NEXT MONTH

IF YOU ARE TALKING FROM PROFIT POINT OF VIEW, YOU NEED TO INCREASE YOUR MARGIN OR DECREASE YOUR PURCHASE PRICE

Its unclaimed ITC.... So, You can claim as Refund...

Hi. Thank you sir. But how to claim a refund.
