My CA is treating me as a PEON!

Please help me. I am from Jharkhand. I was cleared my CPT on june 2008, then from August 2008 I have joined my Articleship cum PCC. Since now its 15 months goen in my Articleship, now my BOSS/Principle/CA is treating me as a PEON. I dont want to go in his office. Currently my ITT classes is going on.

Thats why I have I decided to join for IPCC, the benefits I will get is as follows:

1. I will get minimum 9 months for study.

2. I will get termination from my present CA

3. After passing 1^st group of IPCC I can join another CA for continuing my remaining Articleship.

4. My old 15 months will counted in new Articleship.

Please guid me is I am right. Can I will get all 4 benefits.
