I think you can contact any ca for same to be done.Both can be done together .Last year only i registered myself for both and hardly they charges 100-200 buks more for  adding cst number along with VAT.

I am saying this to be done by CA is because the vat offices in mumbai is full corrupt and if you go yourself  youll have to bribe every individual you encounter.

u r registered through online site is www.mahavat.gov.in , and ur regsiter for both Mvat & cst
