One of my Client is registered dealer under MVAT under Composite Scheme.
So in the first year there will be quarterly return
Due date was 21st of jan of the quarter OCT- DEC
But I din't uploaded his return till now thoo I have to pay the penalty for the same?
Please do reply on urgent basis

YUP PENALTY WILL BE LIABLE OF Rs. 5000/- AND FOR PERIODICITY IT WILL BE MENTIONED IN KNOW YOUR TIN FROM MAHAVAT WEBSITE
AND YA YOU HAVE TO FILE QTRLY RETURN FOR FIRST YEAR
