Mvat audit 704 form
hey hiee...
i had not taken a challan amounted to rs.1,50,000
in Mvat 704 form..and thus such amount is payable...
also i had uploaded the return but not submited it manually..
please help me yrr what to be done...

MVAT audit cant be revised, as far as I know, what benefit is it to postpone the submission? Even if dept raises a query for payment of tax, you could have always shown the challan. I think you should consult your concerned Sales tax officer.

In E-704 excel sheet , rectify the mistakes and save it. On assessment for the same , produce the copy of challan and show it to the officer.You shall not worry at all.
