MVAT and CST E-Registration

Dear Friends,

I have done E-Registration of MVAT and CST today and generated Request ID. I was able to take the print out of MVAT form and MVAT acknowledgement. But due to internet error i was unable to take the print out of CST form and acknowledgement. I am called by the MVAT dept on 01/02/2010. Please guide me at the earliest as to how to take the print out of CST form and acknowledgement.
