Mutual fund income under section 194k

Hello experts,
one of my client have 26as in which 194K TDS deduct so it's exempt or taxable and which head it's chargeable for salary person

FROM FY 2020-21, THE DIVIDEND AMOUNT IS CHARGEABLE.

 Unless its business activity; in general its assessed u/h IFOS.

From F.Y 2020-21 is taxable.
For Salaried person it's taxable as income from other sources
