multiple tax rate entries in an invoice
is it mandatory that all the items in an invoice should have same tax slab or we can have entries with multiple tax slabs .

We can Prepare Single Bill
Its not mandatory
In One Bill We can Includes 5 % Tax rate Items , 10 % Tax Rate Items & other taxable items
There is no restriction. Kindly read section 32 of CGST Act and rule 49 of CGST Rules. You can prepare a single bill but you must clearly specify the taxable value, tax rate and tax amount for each slab.
