hi
one of my client carrying on a business under propreitorship has a GST Registration in the state of Maharashtra in the name M/s ABC.
Now he wants to enter in to other business with different name M/s XYZ in Maharashtra in different location.

Can he obtain 2 GST registration with different trade name with same Pan?
and if yes , how ?
is it constituted as Vertical Businesses?

No need 2nd Registration.

He can register "Additional Place of Business" another place with different name under main Registration (Single GSTIN).

do we need to submit any documents for that?
and is there a column to specify HSN/SAC for new business under additional business?

- Yes... Address Proof and Rental Agreement...

- No.. But, You can run the business of already you complete the HSN and SAC details fully.

Also the same way.,

If You want another separate GSTIN then Also You can apply New Registration for the sec pan under Vertical Business View...

you mean a completely separate GSTIN with same Pan?
