LIC maturity amount filing missed

I had LIC maturity amount of 10 Lakh ₹ credited in 2021 which is tax free as per rules as premium was less than 10% of sum assured

And that's why TDS also not deducted

My normal income was 3 lakh and it was filled but this amount not entered in exemption column

I have all LIC receipt and documents

So what should I do?

Will it cause any issues in future to me?
