I have a query suppose I have JOB# 12221, 300 times in a row i want to remove just JOB # from all the 300 rows,which excel command should I use. Kashif can u provide me the excel formula thanks

@ Farheen Sultana,.....plz send me 1 screen shot of your data, coz 1 can remove or delete or arrange duplicate from several ways..so if u can provide 1 screenshotof your excel sheet,, i vil drive a definite solution,,if you hav any queries how to take screenshot ..dont hesitate ,,i wil send screenshot software..

@ Farheen - Use Text to Column with "fixed widtth fields'. This will separate the number part in a different column from where u can do whatever u want...
