Hi..,

Please let me know weather ITC will be allowed on purchase of motor vehicle by proprietor for his business purpose.

yes if vehicle capacity 13 or more then ITC available

no itc cant be availed on motor vehicle 

except 

vehicle purchase for resale as retailer 

for the transportation of employees 

for the transportation of goods (gta)

for use of training / plying etc
