Can we support such an act in this age of Right to Information, Rahul? How long things like " specified material like question papers, suggested answers, revisionary test papers, supplementary study material, result etc pertaining to CA examinations " will be treated like private property ? What covers "etc" ? Has this step been taken to show  ' who is the boss' or  has it stemmed from some kind of insecurity ?
