is there any specific format for subsidiary company?

in that case where do we mention the holding company details in MOA and AOA?

Can you please be more specific as to where exactly do we need to mention in the subscriber sheet?
In the column where we fill individual subscriber details.. put the name of the company along with the authorized representative details
